Livingstone, named after the Scottish explorer and missionary, David Livingstone, this city and tourist centre in southwestern Zambia is a few kilometres from the Zambezi River and the border with Zimbabwe.

Chobe National Park (Botswana) This world-famous park is set on the Chobe River, which forms the park’s northern boundary. It provides a permanent source of water for the region’s extensive wildlife, including its large elephant population.

Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe (formerly Wankie Game Reserve), the largest natural reserve in Zimbabwe. It is 14 600 sq. km and lies in the northwest of the country, between Bulawayo and Victoria Falls.

3 Nights in Elephant’s Eye Tented Camp (4*)

This eco-lodge has contemporary African-tented thatched chalets built on stilts, overlooking a waterhole. Enjoy the spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom, fireplace, outdoor shower, and viewing deck. All meals, soft drinks, beers, ciders, house wine, laundry, 2 game activities per day (game drives or walks), a community upliftment experience and a visit to the Painted Dog Conservation Centre are included.
