TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR YOUR FRIENDS REFERRAL REWARD

Terms and Conditions for the Recommender:

1. The offer is available to everyone above the age of 18 years who recommend their friends and / or families to book with Kaya Africa Travel for the first time.
2. Recommenders will receive a ZAR 1,000 Voucher for bookings at Kaya Africa Travel for trips to South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho and Eswatini. This credit is issued on a per booking basis (not per passenger).
3. The value of the tour of the recommended customer must have a value of at least ZAR 25,000 without the discount being applied otherwise vouchers for neither the recommender nor the recommended customers will apply.
4. The recommended person or people must quote Recommend a Friend when they book, together with the recommender’s name and contact details; Kaya Africa will then apply a ZAR 1,000 per person discount to the recommended person or people (terms & conditions apply: see below)
5. The recommender will receive a ZAR 1,000 voucher after full payment of the tour of the recommended customer.
6. Credits are valid for bookings made within one year of the issue date, although travel can be later for trips to South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho and Eswatini.
7. Credits can only be redeemed against new bookings; they cannot be redeemed against the balance on existing bookings.
8. Credits may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable.
9. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
10. Kaya Africa Travel reserves the right to refuse to issue credits should the “Recommend a Friend” offer be misused.
11. When the credit is issued instructions on how to redeem it will be provided.
12. There is no end date for this offer, but Kaya Africa Travel reserves the right to withdraw it at any time; should the offer be withdrawn credits already issued will remain valid.
13. Recommend a Friend discounts are only available on bookings made directly with Kaya Africa Travel.

Terms and Conditions for Recommended customers:

1. The ZAR 1,000 per person discount is available to new customers booking with Kaya Africa Travel for the first time. We regret the offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
2. Recommended customers must quote Recommend a Friend when they book, together with the recommender’s unique name and contact details; Kaya Africa Travel will then apply a ZAR 1,000 per person discount to the recommended person or people.
3. Note that prices shown on the Kaya Africa Travel website do not include the discount.
4. The offer is applicable on any Kaya Africa Travel trip, subject to availability.
5. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check the “Recommend a Friend” offer has been applied.
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
7. The offer is subject to availability and Kaya Africa Travel reserves the right to withdraw it at any time.
